WHA Executive Director Message:

March 9, 2020

The Wellesley Housing Authority (WHA) is committed to responding to the threat of COVID-19 better known as Coronavirus as proactively as possible.  Our goal is to keep our residents informed and our common areas clean.

The WHA Maintenance Department will be cleaning all common areas to disinfect all surfaces on a daily basis to help prevent the potential spread of the Coronavirus.

Maintenance work order calls: In order to ensure the protection of all WHA staff and residents we will be asking residents requesting work orders if anyone in the unit is currently showing signs of acute respiratory illness: fever, cough, shortness of breath.  In addition, Maintenance will be taking precautions when entering apartments, such as wearing masks, gloves and protective eye wear.
