The Wellesley Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for an Annual Floor Covering Services Contract for the Wellesley Housing Authority in Wellesley, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents herein.

The estimated one (1) year value of this Contract is $25,000 Not to exceed $50,000

All Quotes are subject to applicable bidding laws including, but not limited to M.G.L. c.149 §44A – H, M.G.L. c.30 and applicable federal procurement laws. To the extent there are inconsistencies between state and federal procurement laws, the more stringent standard will be followed for purposes of this Request for Quotes.

Written Quotes will be received until 4:00 PM, Wednesday, October 7, 2026
All Quotes should be submitted via email to James@WellesleyHousing.Org or delivered to Wellesley Housing Authority, 109 Barton Road, Wellesley Hills, MA 02481 and received no later than the date & time specified above. Quotes may be emailed, hand delivered or mailed.

Contract Documents will be available for pick-up at: 109 Barton Road, Wellesley Hills, MA 02481. after 9/17/26, at 10:00 AM

There will be a recommended, but non-mandatory, pre-bid conference held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM located at 109 Barton Road, Wellesley Hills, MA 02481.

All questions and requests for interpretation must be submitted in writing to James Sullivan no later than Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 4:00 PM Questions and requests for interpretations may be responded to via addendum, as determined by the Owner.

Bids are subject to applicable Massachusetts public bidding laws, including M.G.L. c.149, and prevailing wage laws as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26-27H inclusive.

The Wellesley Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities if deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
