The WELLESLEY HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids
from Contractors for the Parking Lot & Walkway Reconstruction at State Aided
Development: List House (667-3) in Wellesley, Massachusetts, in accordance with the
documents prepared by ALLEN & MAJOR ASSOCIATES, INC. .

The Wellesley Housing Authority invites written quotes from category 3 contractors on the Statewide Contract FAC 120 for Tree Removal Services as indicated in the Scope of Work.

The Project consists of: Removal of 30 trees, Trimming of 31trees, and grinding of all stumps. Removal of all debris/limbs and grinded debris from on site at the Wellesley Housing Authority.

Quotes are subject to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

Quotes shall be Emailed to jcollins@chelmsfordha.comand should be received no later than 2pm on Thursday April 30th, 2026.

The Project site will be available for inspection on April 24th, 2026, at 10am at 109 Barton Road, Wellesley MA. Or you may view the trees/work at your leisure any time prior to the bid due date during normal business hours.
